Contest a score

Dispute a PIRS score.

A PIRS score is a prompt for review, never a finding of misconduct, and every flag is an inference that can be wrong. Contesting is a first-class right: tell us what the score gets wrong, and our team reviews it. A well-founded contest adjusts the score and is recorded in the audit trail.

Disputes are reviewed confidentially and are visible only to our review team.
