We are growing in all areas of non-standard arrangements and therefore need new team members to help manage our growing equity and alternative fee related pipeline.

DUTIES

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the commercial diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution of the Firm’s largest and most complex arrangements. They could be as small as $2M or as large as $100M+.

You will start by helping Partners/client service teams review opportunities for suitability. In many cases the preferred model will turn out to be something more traditional (fixed fees paid in cash) or something performance based (with a portion of our fees linked to deliverables or outcomes/impact). If the situation meets our minimum equity guardrails then you will direct through our Legal and Risk steps along with advising the Partners on how to achieve appropriate syndication/approval. Along the way you will be the client’s #1 contact with the Firm with respect to the equity negotiation. Once agreement is met you will then help to facilitate receipt and valuation of equity and transfer to our portfolio manager.

You will also drive more traditional commercial negotiations such as multi-year rate cards, performance arrangements and the occasional work-out/settlement.
